We understand that your pets are like family, and it’s our top priority to make you feel comfortable with the care we provide them. To make sure all your questions are answered, we’ve included our FAQs below.
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Yes. If your pet has special dietary needs we are able to accommodate them. This includes refrigerated foods, raw feeding, hypo-allergenic foods, oral medications, more frequent feedings, etc. Please clearly label your pets foods with any special instructions.
WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?
Clients are welcome to bring whatever they would like to help their pets feel more comfortable. However, if you do not bring anything other than their food, we are happy to supply them with bedding, toys, treats, and anything else that they may need during their stay.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
Rest assured that your pet is always 100% supervised and in-loving hands. We collect pictures throughout the day and create an album at the end of the day that is texted directly to your phone!
